Upon signing up as a customer of iTalkSystems, we go to work to provision your custom live link code necessary to start receiving calls directly from your web site. We deliver the code via email to you or your web master who then cuts and pastes this customized link onto the desired web pages, emails or online ads.

Because it’s fully hosted separate from your server, your "Talk Live Now!" link can go live on your Web site, in email campaigns or online ads in minutes.

Here's how it works:

1. An end user visits your web site and clicks on a "Talk Live Now! button on your website to talk to a company representative real-time over the Internet. You can design your own company button to say what ever you like or we can design one for you.

2. Your customer simply types their phone number into the pop-up call connect screen and presses the "Connect Now" button. Your call center agent's phone rings and your customer's phone rings.

3. Our servers then routes the call from the Internet to standard telephone lines and delivers the call to you or your call center over existing telephone lines.
